2. We collect it
A technician collects the device at a scheduled time and logs it in front of you.
3. Diagnosis and written quote
You get a plain-language explanation and a firm price. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
4. We bring it back
Repaired, tested and set up. We show you it working before we leave.

- How much does pickup cost?
- From $49 for pickup and return delivery, and it is free on qualifying Ottawa repairs. The fee is confirmed in writing when we book the slot.
- Which areas do you collect from?
- The Ottawa area and Gatineau. Enter your postal code above and we will tell you straight away whether your address is in the pickup zone.
- Is my data safe in transit?
- Devices are logged in on collection, stored in a secured area, and handled only by our technicians. We never ask for your password unless a repair requires it, and you can change it afterwards.
- What if I am outside the pickup area?
- Secure remote support covers a large share of software problems, and we can arrange shipping for hardware work. Call us and we will find the practical option.
